Refund & Return Policy

You may return any Elime product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return shipping is on us. Contact support@elimeusa.com to start a return and we'll email you a prepaid return label. You do not pay anything to send an eligible item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Please include a short description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

Every Elime device is backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. Within that window we will repair or replace defective units free of charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear.

All U.S. orders ship free. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day and arrive within 3–5 business days.
