Free U.S. shipping
All orders ship free within the contiguous United States. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day and arrive in 3–5 business days.
30-day returns
Not the right fit? Return any Elime device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping label — just reach out and we'll send one over.
2-year warranty
Every Elime device is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't working right, we'll repair or replace it.
International orders
We're rolling out international shipping in waves. If your country isn't supported at checkout yet, drop us a note and we'll let you know when it is.
